Terms and Conditions

These Wholesale Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern all wholesale orders placed with The Blue Stamp by wholesale customers. By placing a wholesale order with us, you agree to abide by these Terms.

1. Wholesale purchase

  • To purchase products at wholesale prices, you must be business and be able to provide valid business information (e.g., business name, Company Address, ABN).

2. Order Requirements

  • All wholesale orders may be subject to varied order quantities as specified in our price list or catalog. Orders below the minimum may not be processed, or additional fees may apply.

3. Pricing

  • Wholesale prices are subject to change without prior notice. We will send you an updated price list upon your account approval and periodically thereafter.

  • Prices do not include shipping, taxes, or other fees, unless otherwise stated.

4. Order Process

  • All wholesale orders must be placed via email after receiving your wholesale catalog and price list.

  • Orders will be processed upon receipt of a confirmed email order and once payment has been finalised.

5. Payment Terms

  • Payment for wholesale orders must be made in full prior to processing. We accept payments via Direct bank transfers.

  • If payment is not received within 5 days of order confirmation, your order may be canceled or delayed.

6. Shipping & Delivery

  • Shipping costs are calculated based on the size, weight, and destination of your order. You will be notified of shipping costs prior to finalizing your order.

  • We use trusted shipping partners and will provide tracking information once your order has shipped.

  • Delivery times may vary based on your location and the availability of products. Please allow 1-2 weeks for processing and shipment.

7. Returns & Damaged Goods

  • All wholesale sales are final, and we do not accept returns unless products are defective, damaged in transit, or incorrect. Please inspect all shipments upon arrival.

  • If your order is damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 5 days of receiving the products to arrange for a replacement or return.

  • In case of damaged goods, please provide photographs of the damaged items and packaging.

8. Refunds

  • Refunds will only be issued for damaged or defective products and are subject to review. Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 3-5 business days.

9. Intellectual Property

  • All product names, logos, trademarks, and designs associated with The Blue Stamp are the property of The Blue Stamp and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

  • Customers may not use, reproduce, or modify any of our intellectual property without written permission.

10. Confidentiality

  • All wholesale pricing, product information, and related documents provided to you are considered confidential and are for your internal use only. You may not share or distribute this information to third parties without prior written consent.

11. Limitation of Liability

  • The Blue Stamp is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or related to the sale, use, or inability to use our products.

  • Our total liability is limited to the amount paid by the customer for the specific order in question.

12. Order Cancellation

  • Once an order has been confirmed and payment processed, cancellations may not be accepted. If an order must be canceled, please contact us immediately. Cancellation fees may apply if the order has already been shipped or processed.

13. Force Majeure

  • We are not responsible for any delay or failure to perform due to circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to natural disasters, strikes, transportation delays, or governmental regulations.

14. Changes to Terms and Conditions

  • The Blue Stamp reserves the right to modify or update these Wholesale Terms and Conditions at any time. Any changes will be communicated to customers via email or through an update on our website. By continuing to place orders, you agree to be bound by the updated Terms.

15. Governing Law

  • These Terms are governed by the laws of Australia/ NSW, and any disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Australia.
